White Teas

"If you are cold, tea will warm you; If you are too heated, it will cool you; If you are depressed, it will cheer you; If you are excited, it will calm you.”

Unknown author

White teas are the least processed tealeaves. Leaves are picked and lightly withered then air-dried. Because there is little manipulation, the finished leaf retains its full leaf form. It’s usually picked when the plant has acquired long unopened blossoms that are covered with white hairs from which its name is derived.
